Service Guarantee California Job Connection will provide your company with a "Four Hour Performance Guarantee". If California Job Connection does, in error, send a temporary candidate to your company who is not able to perform the job functions to meet the job description given to us by your company, we will not charge you for the first 4 hours. We ask that your company inform us within the two hours of inadequate performance on the job in this situation. California Job Connection will provide your company with a "Thirty (30) Minute Response Time Guarantee". If we are unable to find the appropriate candidate to fit the job description you have given us, we will call you within thirty (30) minutes to inform you of the status of the order. At this time, you will tell us if you wish us to continue to work on the order or if you wish to enlist assistance form another service. The decision is yours. We would rather relinquish the order, than fill the order with an inappropriate candidate.
