Clifford Brown is Chief Executive Officer and controls all aspects of California Job Connection. Prior to the commencement of California Job Connection, Mr. Brown was a management associate with IBM Corporation for over twenty-seven years. Roberta Brown functions as President and Area Manager, overseeing the daily operations and sales activities of the company and affords California Job Connection over 23 years experience in the employment service industry.

Our temporary placement staff comprises of a diverse group of individuals working together to enable California Job Connection to accomplish all challenges. Brenda Sanchez-Johnson is VP of Operations. Janine brownoversees the internal management and sales of our clients. Supporting Janine & Brenda is a competent staff consisting of Drake, Vera, Arlin, and Lucretia.
